Open Hearts Helping Hands

Below is a letter recently received from Peter Mudenda and the Christians in northern Zimbabwe. We at OH3 wanted all our helpers and partners in this effort to know that you ARE making a difference and you ARE appreciated. Peter writes from the area around Binga and Vic Falls. Although this is not the largest area that OH3 works in, it is one of the areas and Peter is one of our trusted driver/deliverers. Other parts of the country are still suffering great need, but perhaps this means there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Brethren
I pray and hope that you are all well. Am well with my family. I would like to thank you for the support you give to us financial, material and words of exhortations. I want to thank you for the help you sent to brethren in Victoria Falls and Binga in time of need.

I want to let you know that brethren in the bush (Binga) currently have food maybe till end of September, some have enough till next harvest. Currently they do not need food assistance.

During the previous months I have little time to preach because of delivering food. I have now started my camp preaching with other local preachers in Binga. Last week we had a camp preaching at Mpati church of christ, strengthening the brethren and reaching the lost. one soul was saved and three restored. I also managed to visit two villages asking for the permission to preach the gospel. The village head had agreed and booked to preach there mid May.

Once again brethren thank you for the help you sent to us.
